As a life coach here’s the number one question my clients always ask…….

“How do I know what areas of my life I need to work on?”

So here I am to answer your question friends.

Of course if your like most people you won’t like my answer, because there’s a reason your avoiding it.

Balance is essential to a healthy life.

Take some stock of your life right now.

What areas do you feel the happiest with?

Here’s a list to help you get started.

🧚🏻‍♂️self love

🧚🏻‍♂️consciousness

🧚🏻‍♂️work

🧚🏻‍♂️Family

🧚🏻‍♂️friendships

🧚🏻‍♂️risks

🧚🏻‍♂️meditation

🧚🏻‍♂️using my voice

🧚🏻‍♂️setting boundaries

🧚🏻‍♂️daily routine

🧚🏻‍♂️marriage

🧚🏻‍♂️church

🧚🏻‍♂️Health

After reading the above I want you to ask yourself where you spend the most time. List your top 5 and feel free to add you own to the list.

After doing this I want you to set those 5 aside and see what’s left on your list.

Think long and hard about why these things are not as important to you.

Those are the areas where you lack balance.

The areas that you avoid the most, are the areas that you really need to work on. The first 5 things in your list are things you’ve already developed inside of yourself.

These things are the ones that you’ve already mastered and that’s why you’re already confident in these areas.

If you truly want to change your life then you have to take what’s left and get busy making time to get better at them.

Save yourself or remain unsaved that’s the way this works!

You higher self needs you to come through and challenge yourself in order to grow into alignment with your spirit and your soul!
