The difference between emotional toughness and weakness

We are all so desperate to be understood but we forget to be understanding.
💜

Ya all need to stop with the fighting and bickering and ask yourself where your coming from.

At this point we’re going to need love to heal the world and I sure as shit am not seeing it on my Facebook.

You would think that after all this time some of you would be able to look at yourselves a little bit closer and examine your fears that you tend to put on others.

The pattern goes like this, if someone disagrees with you then you insult them and you tell them what they stand for, even though you don’t really have a clue. You try to barf your own fears all over them, because you don’t know any other way.

Being vulnerable isn’t a job for the weak and conditioned, it’s a job for the brave. It means having healthy conversations with open hearts, not bickering matches like 12 year olds.

You see my friends you are either a part of the problem or your a part of the solution. If your unable to put your feelings aside for the love of the world then that’s all on you. Not anyone else.

We are in unprecedented times and you are being tested, I just wonder if you understand what has to happen in order for the love to shine through.

You are not your thoughts all though most of you don’t have the slightest clue how to get out of your head. You just listen on loop to the story your telling yourself over and over again.

You think a thought and you lash out and that’s the pattern that continues. But when you learn that your power doesn’t come from your head, and when you learn how to watch your thoughts instead of becoming your thoughts then you will be well on your way.

Love isn’t a thought 💭

Your intelligence isn’t what’s important here, rather your emotional IQ is coming into play.

May you learn to change yourself because blame is for the weak 💡
