Is it still winter?
Just kidding, I haven’t complained for a while about the cold so I had to throw it in there.
Since I just celebrated my 2nd year as an online marketer, I felt the need to write about this exciting industry.
I will tell you that there are a lot of amazing companies out there that you can be a part of.
There are plenty of ways to grow an business online from your home. And you would be really smart to start a side gig today.
I promise you after a couple of years you will thank yourself.
This is the way of the future, but there’s a flip side to this.
And even if you can’t wrap your head around it, understand that it’s true. There are literally thousands of new start up companies every single month.
Now here’s the part your not going to like, and you might not even believe. Some of these businesses are here as a front. They will eventually close their doors and leave you out in the cold.
This is why if I see the word affiliate, I might turn and run away. If I read that it’s a brand new company, I have zero interest in it. If you tell me your a new start up I’m for sure leaving the building!
Why?
Because there’s a huge market on the internet for ripping people off. I don’t do well with being shady. I’m just an upfront tell it like it is, wear my heart on my sleeve kind of girl.
Come show me your business plan after you’ve been here for 5 years.
What’s your mission statement?
What’s your why?
Where are you going next?
What kind of leadership do you have available?
What kind of incentives do you have?
These are some of the questions you need to consider when joining a business online.
Are they accredited?
Have they won any awards?
Do their products really work?
We all have What it takes to grow a successful business, but we do not all have the same opportunities.
I write this because I care.
I write it because I think you need to be informed.
I write it because I want you to better yourself and not get ripped off at the same time.
