The truth of the matter is that we create our own suffering, so we should be able to create our own joy.

Our perspective towards life is really the foundation for joy, because the way we see things are the way we experience them.

We all see things differently. We experience life through our own set of lenses. We don’t see things as they are, we see things as we are.
If you want to learn how to experience more joy, then you have to be willing to see things differently. You need to come up with many different perspectives.
When you look at an experience from many different angles, your sense of worry and anxiety reduces. This in turn will bring more joy to your life.
Finding joy in the midst of chaos is an amazing thing to experience. I wasn’t always able to see things differently. I used to think one way and that was it.
But I must confess to you that I prefer my new mind over my old one. And, they are exactly right you can retrain your mind and your heart.
