Good morning beautiful souls. We had a lot happening this weekend in the energy realm. The eclipse came and went and with her she took the things we no longer need.
My friend Tiffany and I went on a soulful adventure yesterday at the NaCI spa, in Urbana Ohio. It was our first time visiting the spa and meeting new friends and we enjoyed every minute of it.
We met 3 wonderful women and spent a couple hours immersing ourselves in the light. Taking the time to learn a new ritual for the soul was exactly what we needed to get through December.
We spent time in meditation and had reiki energy work from a beautiful soul. we are reconnected to our hearts with mantras that will take us back to love anytime we feel afraid.
It was absolutely one of the best experiences of my life. Soul work and healing is where it’s at and I’m fully ready to embrace the work that needs to be done here on earth.
I can’t tell you enough how important it is for you to take care of you. I teach at least 5 yoga classes a week, and that means in order to give to my students I must have a full cup.
When they asked us what brought us there, I told them I was there to receive. They understood exactly what I was talking about and applauded my efforts in making time for me.
I will not teach you to be like the world, but I will teach you to be your Authentic self. Be willing to try new things. Don’t live the same life every year and call it a life. Explore your wild hearts because that’s where all the magic happens.
I am ready to give this morning and share my light with those who need it.
