This morning we went on a cold and snowy adventure with our bodies and our yoga mats.
We climbed wintery mountains and fell gently to the ground like snowflakes.
We learned 5 new yoga poses including Christmas “Tree” and reindeer pose (chair).
We played games and we learned all about our breath by breathing on the window and seeing it for ourselves.
We learned how to go and when to stop today all while having fun with our feelings and our bodies.
I believe if all kids were taught yoga and meditation the world would be a more beautiful place.
