I woke up this morning and one of my students had tagged me in this adorable Barbie picture.

She said “Tavia, they made a Barbie out of you and she even has the little dog!”

And it was exactly what my little heart needed in the middle of the shit show.

Sometimes when life’s really hard and crazy we have to learn to look for the blessings around us.

Guard your energy, but open your hearts 💕 because the world needs more love and less judgment.

Ask yourself what your contributing to the world and then be brave enough to show up differently.

You were made unique for this very reason.
