When I started going yoga many years ago I had no clue it was a different form of meditation.
If I’m being completely honest, I didn’t even think I could meditate.
Why you ask?!?!! Because my energy is often off the hook. I wasn’t good at being still and I had no clue what I was missing out on.

However if you fast forward 10 years I can tell you without a doubt it’s been one the most amazing tools I could add to my life.
Meditation is simply the science of quieting the mind. It won’t ever stop talking to you because if it does then you’ll be dead. But when we talk the time to make our minds healthy we produce different results in our lives.

We are planning a teen workshop in October for an introduction to meditation and it will sell out, so make sure to get your teens in there.
