Good morning beautiful souls! I have a message for you today from the heart and the spirit.
As I continue on this path for 2020 I’m often at a loss for words. But today I know without a doubt that you can change the world by loving your spouse.
Not the way that the world tells you to love your spouse, but the way the lord tells you to love your spouse. Enter free will!
This is where you have to make a decision. I’ll be sharing the verses later in this blog that melt my heart and make me want to do things the spiritual way.
You see God says that your supposed to love your wife like he loves the church. And if that’s not the most beautiful and magical description of love then I don’t know what is.
But here’s the problem with that. We’ve been raised and we’ve inherited certain patterns that we have to disrupt. Meaning until we truly love ourselves we can’t love anyone else.
Marriage is supposed to be about oneness. Not being together on paper, but truly opening your heart and allowing the other person to see all of you. The love that comes from doing thing’s selflessly instead of selfishly are 2 totally different energies.
There are way to many people settling for a marriage that isn’t centered around oneness. We are either moving together or apart and there’s no in between.
I commend those of you that are brave enough to want more, if you’ve been in an unhealthy marriage. God doesn’t want you to fix your partner, instead he wants you to grow together.
So many people treat their dogs better then they treat their spouses and then even joke about this. That’s the worlds way.
People cheat on their spouses and have secret addictions, but yet they stay together when nothing’s changing and pass on more unhealthy native patterns for their kids.That’s the worlds way.
People feel comfortable talking shit about their spouses out loud and in public. That’s the worlds way.
People lie and manipulate to get their own way, creating more division and less unity. That’s the worlds way.
I could go on and on and on with examples of the way the world wants you to believe marriage is supposed to be, but I’m coming to you with a new message.
One that will actually help save the world instead of destroy it. A message that comes from the alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end.
If you want to be the light in a world full of darkness and evil, then love your spouse the way you were created to love them.
Make your relationship a full time job and never ever get comfortable with the mundane. Spend time with people that encourage you to be your most authentic self, and those who make you feel full of love after you leave them.
We must admit where we are in this world and then we have to do our parts to take action. We can’t simply sit by and watch everything fall apart, when we’re supposed to be doing the work to shine our lights and share our love.
Because love is the most powerful energy anywhere and you are both light and dark. My prayer for you today is that you might be brave enough to take inventory of yourself and your own marriage. Allowing the lord to shape your thoughts and your heart.
He who loves his wife loves himself.
