Good morning friends!

I almost feel human again. We went out and enjoyed some live music and a food truck at a beautiful little winery a few miles away.

The sun was shining and it felt absolutely amazing to be around people and positive energy.

Everyone was soooooo chill and happy to be out. It was the absolute perfect evening and all of our cups are full this morning.

Do you remember what it feels like to roll the windows down and jam on the highway to your favorite music while everyone’s screaming the words at the top of their lungs?!?

Because that’s what we did on our way home, except for when we passed the po po. Then we stopped dancing for a spilt second before continuing in full pit bull style.

I know this entire year has been kind of screwy, but it really makes you appreciate the little things. We’re far from done with the virus but we are most certainly moving on with our lives.

In July I’m going to graduate from yoga teacher training and I couldn’t be more excited to teach love. Of course there were times when I thought we couldn’t continue our training but it turns out nothing can stop love.

The virus stole so much from us, but now it’s time to heal and to learn how to move forward. We have all suffered loss and we’ve all experienced a big ass trauma together so we can all experience healing together.

We now have to decide the best way to navigate our futures. Everyone gets to decide for themselves and we shouldn’t judge others for doing what’s best for them. If you want to wear a mask then wear one but if you don’t then don’t.

It’s ok to make choices for our own families that differ from others. It’s an amazing feeling to be able to feel excited again and to have fun with those that we love.

What’s the first thing your going to do when the suns shining and your aloud a little freedom for fun?

I hope whatever it is that it makes your heart smile.
