What ya doing to stay sane?

How are you creating some happy endorphins and positive habits in your life?

I know it’s hard right now, but you really need to make space for your mental well being right now.

You know I’m going to preach to you about balance. Learning how to connect the mind the body and the soul.

Because when we’re balanced we are at our best in every aspect of our lives. But if we are unbalanced somethings will go astray.

Every single day you have to do a few things for you that are going to grow you on an emotional and spiritual side.

Listen to podcasts that are inspirational. Write, read, paint, listen to music, meditate, garden, cook, do yoga, exercise, hike, walk barefoot outside,be still.

Turn off the tv, get off of social media, get out of your head and get into your soul.

It’s where all the magic happens friends. You are aloud to be sad and mad and depressed, you just can’t be those things every day.

You’ve got to want to feel different and be different in order to maintain an emotional well being.

Update your blueprints with new information and see how much your soul can truly expand.
