Repeat after me today and every day forward
We are in this together
You are not alone
I fully accept wherever we are headed ✌️
When I am afraid I will feel the fear and then I will release it 🦠
I will shine my light 💡 & help others during these uncertain times
I don’t need to understand what’s happening🙏
I only need to make sure my heart ❤️is always wide open and ready to venture outside
