We’re all in this together

Good morning friends from across the world. I see now that we’ve connected for many more reasons then just our blogs. It seems as though we’ve all been struck by this nasty little virus and that we’re all in this together.

We’re here in the United States where things seemed to escalate rather quickly. One day we’re canceling school next week, and the very next day we’re done with school all together.

Sporting events, Disney world and so much more have closed down to the public and made adjustments in order to contain this virus. All the while we’re just doing our best to keep the peace and to do what we need to do remain safe.

I understand that it seems like an outer body experience because we’re quite literally making history. We’re all experiencing a collective trauma and I think your doing an amazing job dealing with some really scary shit.

As a teacher and a student I find myself wondering where and how I need to share my light during these times. What can I do that’s most effective for what we’re dealing with.

And I realized that I needed to write to you and let you know that your not alone and we’re all in this together. I’m going to be working on some yoga lessons that we can all do together online but from our own homes. I’ll also be writing and keeping in touch as all of this progresses.

Keeping a routine is essential to a healthy spirit.

I’m Hoping and praying that our communication stays open.

I think it’s best to not hug right now and that’s going to be a hard one for me because I’m touchy. But if this is what we need to do for a short time to remain safe then that’s exactly what we will do.

Where are you in the world? And what’s going on over there?

I hope to hear from you soon.

I’m sending you all lots of love and light and prayers, may you feel the energy I’m sending to you, and may we all work together to help each other.

Love Tay Tay
