Girls Night Is a Must & Here’s Why

Getting a good picture can sometimes be a struggle. There’s seriously about 50 pics like this on my phone and this just might be the best one.

But that’s what happens when you have girls night. I’m a firm believer that women need the same thing that girls need.

Time spent doing nothing with those you love. Giggling, laughing and being down right goofy.

When we get together a few things are happening that feed our hearts and make our souls smile.

There’s an intense amount of laughter that occurs. Like Non stop cracking up so much that my face always hurts from laughing when we’re together.

The conversations might be hard to follow for an outsider, but trust me when I tell you that we’re not confusing ourselves.

Last night we were going to eat dinner and see a movie, but our silly movie theatre took the movie away that we wanted to see.

So instead of complaining and letting it ruin our night we took our asses to dinner and then came back to my house for a while and hung out.

There’s absolutely no way to describe what being around pure love and acceptance feels like, but it’s pretty close to heaven.

Ever since I was a little girl and all the way up to now, I’ve cherished friendships with women.

There’s a certain kind of power and love that come from women supporting other women and it’s one of the most powerful forces in this world.

If you don’t think you have time for girls night then you my friends are missing out. Girls night will not only benefit you, but it will benefit the entire family because you will be so happy that your cups overflowing with love to those all around you.

Life is truly about the relationships for me and it always has been. I hope that you schedule at least one girls night every single month, and that you let your inner child come out and play.

Teach your kids how to make yourself a priority, it’s a beautiful gift to pass onto them.
