I wish I could show you that your sufferings a choice and your healing is too.

I wish I could get everyone to understand that’s why I keep telling you we’re all the same. I know what it’s like to be addicted to suffering because I once was just like you.

So many of us are trapped inside the working of our own minds, and we can’t move forward because we don’t know how to take action.

We become prisoners of ourselves and slaves to our own fears and none of its real. Most of its imagined by the story your telling yourself that’s not even true.

I understand that waking up from our thoughts can be scary and confusing, but you will never find happiness inside your head.

So then how do I help others wake up and end their own nightmare?

How do you realize that your not your anxiety, or your depression, or your failures or even your accomplishments?

How can I help you learn to overcome yourself?!?!!

How can I make you understand that your choosing to suffer by not taking action. Your stuck in your brain and it owns you, but that’s not how life’s supposed to be.

You have a choice and you can create anything that your little heart desires, but not without lots of help.

You’ve got to get real with yourself and wake up and stop believing the gremlins in your head because they will destroy you if you let them.

I know what it’s like to suffer and I know what it’s like to appreciate all that you have.

And one of those things comes really easy and that’s why everyone does it, but the other one requires dedication and a willingness to be better and to do better.

You and you alone are responsible for your where you are today. You can continue to be trapped in your own mind, or you can learn how to come from your heart.

If I could save the world I most certainly would. But as it turns out I’m just here to lead you to the light and the rest of it is up to you.

Your suffering is a choice and so is your healing.
