Good morning beautiful souls!
I hope your week is off to an amazing start. Like most mornings I’m sure you already know I’m cozied up on the couch drinking my coffee writing to you from a little small town in ohio, freezing my arse off this morning.
But that’s not what we’re talking about today, (the colds not my favorite) we’re going to dig into our Dharma. Most people are really familiar with karma but we don’t always hear so much about dharma, so I’m going to help shed some light on her today.
(Please don’t ask me why I refer to her as a her?!? Maybe it’s the girls name Dharma!? Wasn’t there a show about her and Greg? I didn’t watch it but either way she’s a she for the purpose of this blog)
As I was gathering information to share with you, I came across so much that I’ve just decided to share the most important pieces with you in a condensed fashion. (If this speaks to your heart please follow it and listen to it and learn more about yourself)

Everyone has a purpose in life…A unique gift or a special talent to give to others.
And when we blend this unique talent with service to others, we experience the ecstasy and the exultation of our own spirit, which is the ultimate goals of all goals.
And if that doesn’t sound absolutely beautiful then I don’t know what does. As I continue on my path to become a yoga instructor, I’ve just recently realized one thing. I didn’t choose yoga, instead it choose me.
It was put on my heart way before I could ever imagine and being able to share it feels like an absolute dream come true.
I never imagined in a million years that I’d be a teacher?!?!? But none the less my Dharma is so much stronger and bigger then my mind.
For 15 years I’ve shaped the hairs and hearts that sit in my chair at the salon. And just by doing that I’ve learned so much about myself and people, but the most important thing I’ve ever learned is that we are all truly the same.
I’m not going to teach you what you already know, but I am going to teach you a new way to be with yourself.
It is amazing what happens when you align with your faiths and leave your fears behind.
You have a gift that’s exclusively yours, do you know what it is?
