Good morning beautiful souls!
We’re so close to a new year that I had to share this quote with you, hoping it might invoke some real change in your heart.
You see we were taught as women that holding a grudge is the way to go, but I’m here to teach you a new lesson.
Holding a grudge against anything or anyone will only bring you more negative energy.
When your stuck in the past your using all of your energy to fight the old and to remain small. Your literally wasting all of your energy on something that you can no longer control, and it’s taking away from all that your future has to offer you.
I understand that it’s easier to remain the same and that your brain doesn’t want you to change. But my sweet friends you are worth so much more then your history.
And if you want to stop messing with your destiny then it’s time to get real with you.
Show up for yourself! Take control of your happiness and teach your kids what a magical life really looks like.
You are either walking in the light towards faith and love, or your repeating history month after month because your afraid to let go of the things and the people that no longer serve you.
Your life is a beautiful gift , but until you truly recognize the beauty within you’ll continue to be a slave to your past.
It’s not easy waking up but it’s soooooo worth it.
