What did you do better in 2019?

I saw a post on Facebook about what you did in 2019 that you were proud of. So I posted it inside my group and the response was phenomenal.

So I decided maybe it was time to write a blog about what I did better in 2019.

That’s what life’s all about friends. Showing up and doing better then we did the last time. It’s about getting real with ourselves so that we might truly wake up and live while we’re given the chance.

After years of coaching people I’ve come to realize that no matter how different you think we are, that in fact we’re all exactly the same.

So with that being said here’s a few things that I did better in 2019 and I hope that they help you realize all the good you did for yourself this year as well.

Sometimes we get stuck and we’re not able to see all of the amazing things that we have changed. But when you look back collectively over the year then it all begins to add up.

By far my greatest accomplishment of 2019 was reconciling my marriage with husband. Now we’re closer then we ever were before and I understand him on a level that wasn’t available to us until now. The intimacy that we have created together is by far the best gift we could ever give ourselves and our kids. We choose each other and it’s the most beautiful feeling I’ve ever felt in my entire life.

In 2019 I learned how to use my words better. I stopped eating my feelings and I started speaking my truth.

I’m proud of the relationship that I have with children. I work very hard to be transparent and real. Always trying to push away my own need to control them with my silly fears and allowing them to be their authentic selves.

I spent more time with people that mattered to me and I stopped hanging out with anyone that doesn’t feel like sunshine.

I continued my business online successfully for the 4th year in a row.

I took more chances on myself by starting YTT (yoga teacher training) and this ones huge because it’s been a dream of mine for a really long time and It’s finally happening.

I gave away free challenges and free coaching and expected absolutely nothing in return.

I continued my blog and I’m hoping that it’s going to grow again this year.

In 2019 I truly stopped living a life trapped in my head and I learned how to live awake.

I hope that you realize the awesome gift your life is before it’s to late.

It doesn’t matter who you were yesterday it only matters who you are now!

Namaste friends

Peace and god bless you
