My hearts overflowing with love and joy this holiday season. There’s a big ass hole in it from missing my best friend but I know she’d want me to be happy. So none the less I’m able to miss her like crazy and still be thankful.
If I could give you one bit of advice to help you change your life it would be to strengthen your gratitude muscle.
It’s hard at first, especially if you’ve never used it. But I promise you that with consistent effort it will rewire your subconscious with love.
My little sister is an amazing artist and photographer and she captures our entire family for Thanksgiving.
There’s so much love in this picture so I wanted to share it with you.
I’ve created a list of just a few of the things that my heart overflows for and I’m hoping it might help you find the joy in the every day things as well.
You will always find what your looking for, so if it’s love you want start with searching your own heart.
