There will be times in your life when everything seems to be falling apart. Maybe the entire year just goes to shit!?!?!?

Maybe you have a string of bad luck. Maybe everything happens at the same time for a reason.

But if you can make it through the storm then the gift of love that you will receive on the other side is worth any troubles that you’ve gone through.

You see sometimes we’re just sleep walking though our lives, and we miss out on some of the most special things.

But it’s never to late to start over, to begin new with fresh eyes and an open heart.

We just had a huge discussion in my group about the voices in our heads. One of those voices is from your child hood, and we all have this ornate need to make others happy, but the thing is we’re not here to make anyone happy except for ourselves.

And that’s the best gift you can ever pass on to your children. The gift of presence!

It takes some time to wake up and realize these things. But eventually if you can bring yourself out of your slumber you will find that your trapped in your thoughts.

Your not really living your just stuck in thinking and no one wants to live a life full of thoughts, and no feelings.

However there is a way to get to your heart and it’s the most amazing and freeing way to live. I understand that most of what keeps you small is simply fear.

But I also understand that you won’t change a single thing in your mind. Love doesn’t come from the head it comes from the heart.

No matter where you are in your life right now everything can be different in a year. This is your life friends and this is your story!

Do you want it it to be full of trials and tribulations and positive mental growth?

Would you rather stay stuck in your mind for the next 10 years?!?!?

You get to decide who comes and who goes in your life.

You get to decide who you love and who loves you back.

You get to decide what every single chapter looks like and you my friends are worthy of soooooooooo much more.

I used to be just like you and I let my broken child call all of the shots. But then I took the time to change my life. I stopped participating in the negativity and I removed myself from all situations that didn’t honor my heart.

It was so hard but it was sooooo worth it, because now I have the most special relationship with my hubby ever. It’s brought us closer then I ever thought possible and I love that we are choosing each other.

Doing the same thing over and over agin requires zero thought and zero change. Showing up and taking the armor off and being vulnerable are by far the bravest thing you’ll ever do in your entire life.
