In a world where you can be anything or anyone, how amazing it is to be able to show up and to just be yourself.

I’ve lived both a mediocre life and a magical one. There’s quite a big difference between the 2 let me tell you. And they also both require a different amount of work and focus.

But when you can learn to show up for you and be you and not apologize for the things that make you unique then you are bringing a whole new energy to the world.

And the world desperately needs more authentic voices. More friends that love themselves in a wholehearted way and not in an egotistical way.

The more people that can learn to speak their truth the more lights that will appear on in our hearts.

It’s super scary at first to take up space and to use your voice, especially if you’ve never done it before. It’s just like anything else new that we do, sometimes it’s a little bit awkward, but that’s the only way we grow.

You are under no obligation to be the same person you’ve always been. In fact if you’ve been looking for a sign, then here it is.

It’s time to show up for you!

It’s time to learn to love yourself in a way that is truly beneficial to your soul and to the souls that you love.

It’s time to admit that there’s a much better way to do life and it can be full of gratitude and presence even when it’s really fucking hard.

It’s time for you all to stop playing it small. To stop getting stuck in the thinking and to start taking action today.

You are an amazing soul and it breaks my heart to see so many people sleep walking through their lives on auto pilot.

Stop shutting down

Stop running away

And start showing up for you!

You are worthy of so much more then where you are right now, the question is “Do you know your worth?”

P.S. That 5 part series I wrote last about killed me. My attention span wanted me to write about 300 other things, but I had to stay to committed to the series. I managed to get it all out but I’m not sure I’ll be so committed to a 5 parter again real soon 🙋‍♀️
