As I’m right in the middle of a shit ton of change I felt the need to write about it today.
As I was sitting here doing my morning reading I came across this is the book you can heal your life by Louise L. Hay.
Sometimes when we try to release a pattern, the whole situation seems to get worse for a while. This is not a bad thing. It is a sign that the situation is beginning to move. Our affirmations are working and we need to keep going.
Releasing the need for certain things will free up our energy to receive the love we deserve.
When you decide to change your life everything around you will change. You will learn how to have boundaries with people and you’ll also learn how to guard your heart.
You won’t spend time with people who drain you, but rather you will choose to be around those that inspire you to look within.
The transformation is going to be uncomfortable and you will want to will run away every single time it gets bad.
These patterns have been a part of your life for so long it’s like a spiders web that needs untangled.
Understanding our patterns is the first step to changing them. We are after all just creatures of habit, trying to avoid pain at all cost.
But what happens when you avoid pain is that you avoid happiness and joy. Yes, when you choose to feel and live in your heart you might get hurt, but what’s a life without true love? True passion? Real connection and amazing energy?!?? Laughter? Love making? Dancing & Singing?
There are no guarantees in life and sometimes it’s most certainly not fair, but overall life is a wonderful gift.
You will always get what you focus on so if you think you deserve happiness then start being thankful!
Stop being afraid and just accept that the next chapter is going to be the best chapter yet.
