Good morning from a really soggy and wet Ohio. We’ve had more rain then we know what to do with, and there’s a 90% chance of rain today.
I don’t know what’s going on exactly but we need a little break. Our poor farmers can’t get the fields planted and the grounds so wet that everyone’s basements are flooded.
Here’s a little clip of what was going on here at my moms house. Can you say hot mess?!?? Because that’s what it was and that’s what it still is.
Thank goodness for this little guy right here working all night long to try to keep draining the water out of the basement. Even though it doesn’t seem to be going down any, at least it’s not currently going up.
Our local hospital flooded last night and it seems as though every house on the street is pumping water out of their basements.
It’s a crazy thing to see so much rain at one time. Our ally looked like a river it was coming down so fast.
We could totally use a break over here, so say a little prayer for us please.
We’re also the highest point in Ohio which is ironic don’t your think?
The picture above was on Main Street last night, and I have to close with a smile because you know friends it could always be worse.
I might need to create and anti-rain dance and chant of some sort?!?!?
