As we grow and mature and live our lives there are parts of ourselves that we totally forget about.

I don’t know why we think love is miserable because it’s not! It shouldn’t be so hard and it’s not controlling.

What happened to so many of us to stay in unhappy relationships that resemble anything but love.

I’m on a whole new chapter in my life and while it’s scary sometimes, the excitement outweighs the fears every single day.

When I went into my jazzercise class yesterday I was smiling from ear to ear. And my friend was like “What’s going on with you?” And I was like “huh?” Lol!

But I knew what she meant because I was feeling excited from the depths of my soul. It’s a kind of happy that comes from the inside and it’s absolutely amazing.

I forgot what it was like for someone to send me a text that makes me smile from the inside out! I forgot what it felt like to be adored and desired and appreciated and it’s absolutely amazing.

I also forgot what it was like to actually flirt and have fun and to enjoy life instead of try to control everything.

If you could bottle this feeling up and sell it I would be a freaking millionaire. And since We can’t do that I’ll just tell you about it.

Sometimes our own expectations and our own fears makes us do really stupid things and they keep us stuck when we need to move on.

Life’s way to short friends to live it unhappy and afraid! Sometimes you have to be brave and let go and accept that there’s a different path for you!

You’ve got to get out of your head and Into your heart because that’s where the feels are!

Stop wasting time being afraid and learn how to feel again, because your worth it!
