Some people spend their entire lives avoiding themselves and they will never in a million years feel comfortable enough to look within.

But if your going to change anything in your life, then you’re going to have to understand that the only person you can change is you.

The only person you can control is you (although some people confuse love with control it’s the complete opposite)

It’s taken me years to get to the point where I won’t allow others to push my buttons, and sometimes I start down that emotional road again, but I’m quick to switch lanes.

I’m not a super human when it comes to my feelings but I am most certainly on my way to never being provoked again.

I used to give my power away by allowing the actions and the words of others to control my mood. Specifically the people who didn’t understand me, and the ones who want mento conform.

But since I’ve been coaching and I’ve completely taken the time to heal my heart, I most definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel.

A great clue as to how much you love yourself is to look around and see what you tolerate in your life.

Becoming spiritually healthy means that you must have balance in your life. You can’t just work out at the gym but then be stuck in an unhealthy relationship and call that balance or self love.

Kind of like you can’t spend to much time at work and making money while ignoring your family, because your family might not be there one day.

You can learn to show up for yourself in a way that maybe you never have your entire life.

Learning to be yourself isn’t an easy task and developing a grown ass adult voice to use is even harder, but it’s worth the work my Friends.

I’ve never in my entire life live loved myself more then I do right now. And my life hasn’t been this flipped upside down in a long ass time.

But from the chaos also comes creativity and we can’t have one without the other.

I have created an entirely new world from scratch and this is only the beginning.

I’m far from perfect and there are plenty of times that I mess up! But I’ve learned how to forgive myself faster then ever before.

My current situation is not the end of the book, it’s just another chapter waiting to be written by the Beautiful Girl that’s sending you this message.

I can help you love yourself like never before, and while it’s not going to easy I promise you that your worth it.
