I just woke up from some of the absolute craziest dreams! I don’t think I’ve dreamt like that since the night of my accident. Holy hell my brains got a lot going on right now.

Sorry I’ve been absent for a few days but I’ve had some major life stuff that I’ve had to deal with lately. I think change might be one of the hardest but most liberating things that were ever faced with.

I think fear is what keeps so many people stuck in dead end jobs, one sided relationships, jacked up friendships, and so much more. Just about anything that we can do to stay the same we do.

And if we get close to feeling love, or allowing someone in we’ve trained ourselves to run the other way.

Our brains are made to avoid pain and to keep us small, so parts of staying the same aren’t your fault, but the key to escaping the nonsense is most certainly yours to find.

Did you know that you can be afraid and still do shit that scares you anyways? Did you know that if your willing to feel the fear but still take the action that you can retrain your brain and make your brave muscle stronger?

Did you know that life’s really short and that you shouldn’t take it for granted?

Change is never easy! If it were easy then every single one of us would be living out our hearts desire instead of playing life small and following someone else’s set of rules.

If you truly want to change then your going to have to jump in with both feet. I get that it’s scary because I’m living scary right now. There’s nothing that’s for sure in my life and I’m not even sure when it will be predictable again, but I’m ok with this.

Yes I’m afraid sometimes and then I’m brave the very next day. I was given this life because I’m strong enough to live it and because I understand how magical it is.

I’m a feelings kind of girl passionate about life and love and blessed with the ability to speak truth to bullshit.

Being nice is far from love and love is the only reason for living. Change won’t come from your head ever friends because in your mind is where all of your fears lie. And your mind can be your own worst enemy!

If you want to to change your life then it has to come from your heart. Your heart is where all the magic occurs. It’s a place where dreams are made and that true love blossoms. And that doesn’t mean a true love with someone else, but rather I mean a true love with yourself. A love affair with your soul.

If your willing to get to know yourself and be real with you then you can change anything.

But if your unwilling to lead from your heart then you will always remain in the same small state of insanity and you will never be able to unleash your gifts and share them with the world.

If I had to choose a life between feeling nothing or feeling everything I would always choose to feel everything, even when it hurts like hell.
