Yesterday I got a new book.

It’s called Zen as Fuck!

Breathe in strength

Breathe out bullshit

I am super excited to have found this little gem in our new local store The Fun Company.

I’ve changed my entire life by reading and writing and I won’t ever stop. These are the very things that have helped me become the person I am today.

If you want to change your life your going to need lots of help and many tools along the way. It’s impossible to do these things on your own.

Before I became a life coach I had to hire my own life coach. I was so stuck and I couldn’t past myself. Some of you might think it’s silly to spend thousands of dollars on a mentor, but I don’t because look where I am today.

Human beings are all the same. We stop ourselves from becoming amazing because we’re operating under an old belief and value system.

Learning how to update my blueprints was one of the best ways I’ve learned to create a new life.

Stop drinking the Kool-Aid and start building a life you can truly be proud of. Learn how to get past yourself and start reading today.

You are capable of amazing things and a wonderful life, but no one can do the work for you.

When your ready to take your power back I’m here to help you.

I love you and I have faith in you!

Your capable and worthy of a new life and I pray your strong enough to go for it.
