People either make you feel amazingly good or they suck the life out of you. Ok, maybe that’s a little dramatic but I am the one writing the blog. Ha ha ha! I’m kidding, but seriously my thoughts are often dramatic at times and I’m here to keep it real.

Sometimes we humans get relationships all wrong, and this goes for any kind of relationships, friendships romantic or platonic it doesn’t really matter.

Hang out with people who want to hang out with you. There are billions of people in the world and you get to decide who gets your time and your feels.

Everyone is not your people and this is a fact of life friends. Maybe he or she’s not the one. Or maybe they are not the one right now, or maybe they aren’t the one ever in a million years, who knows but let them go.

Every single time you say good bye to one person you will be rewarded with a new hello. This is how life works beautiful souls.

People don’t make you happy because happiness is an inside job, but being around certain people will make your heart do a back flip.

That’s the energy in love. It’s fun and light and exciting and scary and carefree all at the same time.

You want to spend time with people who excite you and make you feel again. Not people that help you avoid life by doing the same shit day after day.

Hang out with………..

The girl that makes you think differently and speaks truths to your BS, hang out with her.

The guy that makes you smile and laugh, every single day, hang out with him.

That friend that makes you have fun when you want to be sad, hang out with her.

The girl that always does what she says she’s going to do and she makes you laugh the entire time your hanging out with her, spend more time with her.

The friends that make you a priority are your people.

The ones that make excuses are not your tribe, I’m sorry it’s true.

I challenge you to spend more time with people 💜and less time on your phone
