I think it’s time for some love and gratitude on this lovely Monday morning. I don’t think I’ve been the best example lately of how to count your blessings, but every single day I get a little better.
So this morning I wanted to remind you to look around and find your happy. Anyone who’s reading this will be blessed today!
Learn to work your gratitude muscle and your life will immediately begin to feel and look better.
I understand that at first it’s weird and awkward because you’ve never thought like this in your entire life, but after a while it will just begin to happen and you won’t even have to think about it.
It’s so easy to become the victim of our lives but you cannot be victorious and victimized at the same time. Sure we might have both of those feelings in the same minute but which one are you going to listen to?
Which one has the most power over you daily life and routines? I get it that somedays your going to feel defeated and I’m ok with granting you the grace to feel bad once in a while, but I’m not ok with letting you live there.
Every single day you have a choice and it takes way more energy to stay angry then it does to simply let go and be thankful.
Life is what you make it friends and even in the middle of our craziest storms there is always something or someone to be thankful for.
Today you will be blessed because you took the time to feed your heart
