How 1 little word can change your entire year

What if you could find one intention, just one word that you could focus on for the entire year?

I did it last year and it changed my life. My word from last year was vulnerable and I’d say that I smashed it out of the park.

And that’s not saying I spent the entire year vulnerable, but instead I was able to choose it way more often then I have in the past.

It’s a lot easier to find one word and make it a part of your weekly routine. It helps to break things down so that you don’t have to wait the entire year to see if you’ve accomplished it or not.

This years word I’ve chosen is balance because I desperately desire it right now. It’s a must for an awakened heart. I understand that too much of one thing is never good.

It matters where your spending your time and who with your spending it with. We need to find a happy medium when it comes making money and spending money.

We need an equal amount of family time

And friend time. We need to balance the time we spend being serious and the time that we get to enjoy life and have some fun.

Don’t get to the end of your life and wished you done things differently. Make time for yourself right now starting today.

Find a word that you need more of and write it down and hang it everywhere. By your bed, in the bathroom, in the kitchen where ever you will see it and allow it to remind you where to place your intentions for the moment.

Your focus word can also bring you back to the present moment. If you find yourself getting angry or sad, you can just think about your word and give it about 90

Seconds and those negative feelings will leave your body, as long as your focusing on your word.

Pick out your word

And stick to it!

Share with us what it is that your going to focus on so we can cheer you on.
