Enjoy your life right now
This isn’t dress rehearsal
I can’t tell you how many times during my life I’ve lived in the past or I lived in the future but I avoid the right now continuously.
It’s normal for all of us to be anywhere but here. Depression come because we’re stuck in the past and we keep replaying the past over and over again.
It’s like a movie that flashes through our minds on repeat and every time we retell our story we begin to feel the pain again. It’s so easy to get stuck here because for some of us it’s the only thing we know how to do to cope.
On the other side of depression lies anxiety. Anxiety comes to us because we’re to far ahead in the future. We’re worrying about things that we can’t control. Our brains are creating stories that don’t even exist and probably will never even occur.
What about this
What about that
What if
What if you could tell your brain to stop ✋
What if you realized it was running your day and you didn’t want that to happen anymore?
It’s very much possible to learn to come back to the present moment because that’s truly all we ever have.
At first it will be really hard because your not used to being the watcher of your thoughts, you believe you are your thoughts.
But your not!
You are so much more then your silly brain tells you that you are.
You are an amazing soul with a beautiful heart and you deserve peace inside your heart just like the rest of us.
Don’t spend year after year waiting because if you do then you will wake up one day and realize that your waiting almost postponed your destiny.
When you feel sad or you feel anxious please take a deep breath and remember my advice.
You have the ability to create a wonderful life you just need a little guidance on your emotions and that’s what I’m here for!
