It’s up to you to change “generational narratives” I did, he didn’t

Generation after generation things stay the same in marriages and families

Until you decide this is where it runs out

I tried and tried to build a new life for my little family different then either one of us had. I did all that I could to get him to understand that we don’t have pass the dysfunction on.

We can choose to love each other differently

We can choose to put family before work

We can learn how to give Peyton the parents who pick each other and love each other above all else.

I fought for this for many years until recently when I’m to tired to fight anymore. I don’t have it in me. One day when’s it all said and over I will look back and know that I should have never had to fight for love.

I deserved to be first from the beginning
