What do I do when I need to become centered?

If you don’t then here we go.

As tensions and drama and stresses and anxiety begin to overload the body, we already know we need to stop it, but we’re not sure how and we’re not always able to make ourselves stop.

However like anything else friends we have a decision to make.

Do We

Continue to feel the tightness in our chest? The chaos of uncertainty take over our bodies that have us clenching our guts? Holding our breaths? Exploding with anger?

Do we allow the grips of anxiety and crazy voices to run the rest of our night?

What about the rest of our week?

Or we do learn a way to stop and to be present and can we learn to look inward?

If you listen to the mind you might just continue on the same path forever and ever tricking yourself into believing this is the time you change.

Your habits of anxiousness are just habits and sure they feel bad but we can learn to create peace in the storm.

Practice

Yoga 🧘‍♀️

Practice Meditation 🧘‍♂️

Learn to be still

And the peace you wish for will enter your body and the fears will begin to subside
