Stop complaining about your current situation and do something about it!
Complaining is a bad habit.
I bet you don’t even have to think about it because you’ve trained yourself to do it naturally.
It’s one of your automated responses.
We all have them!
We sometimes choose to react versus respond and this is when you know your in your emotional brain.
Learning to practice the pause before opening your mouth is a good thing if your very reactive.
Practicing the pause is a bad thing, if you do it all the time and then you never speak your words.
Life is all about balance.
You don’t want to be a people pleaser and a pushover.
And you also don’t want to be a complaining soul who’s never happy and blames everyone else for their own choices.
You are responsible for your life, thoughts, time, and choices. If you love your life right now it’s because you took the time to get the inside right.
You’ve learned how to master your mind and how to pick your thoughts, and how to be mindful of what you allow into your heart and your head.
If your stuck complaining and blaming others for your choices then you are stuck in a viscous cycle.
Your life is yours and wherever you are it’s because of you.
I learned a long time ago that most of the chaos and rejections that we create in Our minds aren’t even real. They are a trick from the ego and they want to keep us small.
If you want real change then you will create it. If you want to be the victim
Of your own life then you will be just that.
Learn to love yourself and learn to be real with you!
Learn a new way to think and a new way to live your life!
Stop complaining and get to work!
