She was powerful because she felt the fears and moved on despite them

I absolutely love this quote for so many reasons.

Most of all because I resemble it sooooo much and I’ve lived it continuously my entire life. There are times when fear threatens to shut us down completely and to take control of our entire bodies.

This is actually brains response to fear and there’s nothing we can do about it. When the chemicals have been released into our bodies we are left with a super charged feeling of anxiety and stress.

The most important thing I want to share with you about fear is that your brain doesn’t know what’s real and what’s fake, it’s just doing its job.

If your watching a scary movie, your soul knows it’s pretend but your brain doesn’t know that it’s fake. So when Jason comes running out of the woods with a chainsaw then your brains going to release the chemicals related with fear.

It’s how God made us💜

Once the fear takes over our body we’re not necessarily in control anymore, because those chemicals are ruling us at that point.

But here’s the really cool thing about fear, you can learn to keep moving even when your afraid. You can learn to get past yourself if your willing to find a new way.

I hear from so many people that they wish they could change their lives, and they can, when they are willing to learn how to bypass themselves.

Don’t you for one second ever think that I’m not afraid. It was scary starting a new business from home, but I went for it anyways.

It was scary to start writing a blog when I’ve never written anything in my entire life, but I still went for it.

It’s scary to start a Facebook page inspiring others when I’m not sure that I should be doing the inspiring, but I went for it anyways.

And by the far the scariest thing I’ve done this year is to start writing a book. I’m even telling people about it so I can make sure I don’t back out of it.

I want you know that there’s nothing special about me that you don’t already have also. I’ve just learned how to become my own best friend versus my own worst critic.

When your ready to feel the fear and still go for it, then I’ll be here cheering you on.
