Many times as I’m on my journey I want to escape the bad feelings that threaten to exist inside, but then I realize that all feelings have a purpose 💜

Pain causes hope and there’s no way around it

The next time you want to make things go away that make you feel uncomfortable, remember that we don’t grow when things are easy💜

But we grow immensely when we are able to feel the fears and continue on 💜
