Happiness is an inside job💜

For many years I never understood that my happy was my own responsibility.

I gave my happy away and I let other people decide when I was going to be happy.

I’m so HAPPY to understand where it comes from now, so I can bring more of it into my life.

I’m also happy that I get to share it with you.

Happy is not a destination it’s a

Choice. Happy comes from learning about yourself and doing things for others.

Temporary happiness lies in things such as new cars, clothes, jobs, and events.

These outside sources can bring joy into our lives, and they even make us feel good for a little bit. But then when the newness wears off we’re left with payment of whatever we bought and then the cycle begins all over again.

So we must find our happy on the inside. It’s the only way to create a new space for our selves. I understand that you were raised to give your power away, and so was I.

But now that your an adult it’s time to think differently. If you want to help your children live a well balanced lives then start here.

Teach them while learning a new way yourself.
