Sleepwalk NO more

I love this quote by John F Kennedy 💜

Yes we there are risks and costs to our actions, but the risk of becoming stagnant is far more scary.

I was the girl who was sleepwalking her life away. I didn’t even know that I had learned how to put myself on hold, but I had!

You see if we don’t know that we’re avoiding ourselves then we can’t begin the work of waking up.

Are you wondering if your living or existing?

I was confused myself at first, but now I totally understand.

We either choose to engage with our everyday actions and thoughts or we learn to live awake and we answer from our hearts.

Learning to become a new you is often times scary and confusing!

But you’ve been with you your entire life!

Why not learn a new way to talk to yourself and a new way to live?

I don’t want to get to the end of my life and be full of regrets. I don’t want to get old wishing I had lived when I was younger.

I want to say hell yes I went for it!

I took a chance on myself!

I created the life that I love!

I did the work for business to succeed!

I became a coach and helped others people change their lives!

I wrote the blog!

I wrote the book!

I spent time with those I love!

You are in charge of you💜

It turns out when they interview people who are dying they all have the same sentiments.

They wished they’d spent more time with loved ones and less time on Work! 💜

When you get to the end of your life will you be full of regrets?

Or

Full of gratitude?
