Learning how to brave in front of the world

Good Morning friends 💜

I’m drinking my coffee under the blanket because it’s cold here in Ohio today.

As I was doing my morning meditation 🧘‍♀️ I learned that I should talk to you about courage.

It’s kind of like a muscle that needs worked. It might be a feeling that your not used to, and it might even make you feel uncomfortable. Which in turn will make you stay away from using it all together.

It’s super important for you to know that I am just like you. My life was never easy and it was far from a fairy tale. I had to overcome many adversities in my life, some of which you might never believe. But it’s true!

I didn’t just wake up one day full of bravery and courage and start writing to the world. It took me a few years of learning and unlearning many things that don’t serve me anymore.

And it’s not always easy that’s for sure. But I ask you when have you ever grown from life when it’s easy?

No one ever grows when life is predictable and boring.

In fact choosing not to learn about yourself is probably the worst choice you can make I. Your entire life.

Who are you stuck with forever?

The sooner we are able to realize that it is us that needs to change, the sooner we can get on with act of being brave.

The easy thing in life would be to do what everyone else is doing. Avoiding ourselves at all cost. Constantly keeping ourselves busy so that we don’t have to ever be still with our souls.

Your mission here is to get real with yourself!

You are never going to get brave by doing what you always do!

If you truly want to dare greatly then I can help you!

But even with my guidance you still have to be brave enough to do the work that your heart needs!

I am on a mission to change the world and don’t you think for one second that I’m never afraid.

I feel the fear

And I move right past it
