Some of us use our brains for thinking and some of us use our hearts!
Brains are made for logic and hearts are made for compassion. If I’m guilty of anything it’s that I have more empathy then I know what to do with.
It’s a blessing that’s for sure, but it didn’t always feel like that. I’ve battled with myself over the years when it comes to feelings, and I
didn’t always think they were a gift from God.
However I truly believe that’s what life’s all about. Understanding ourselves and learning to undo what’s been done to us.
Becoming the people we were meant to be, by wading through the deep waters of our souls.
Connecting to our authentic selves and living from a place of integrity, instead of fear.
Opening our Hearts and showing up day after day because we are worthy of so much more.
I’m willing to be mocked if it means that I’m making a difference in the world.
