Experiencing next level emotions can be scary, but your so worth it

Taking things to the next level can often be scary. Wether your going after a promotion, starting a new business, or working on your emotional IQ, you will most definitely need new version of yourself.

As much as we would all like to stay exactly the same, it’s impossible to change without constant conscious effort.

This is because 80% of our choices are made from our subconscious. This is an outdated system, unless you’ve already taken the steps to update it most of your choices aren’t of your own free will.

We’re all guilty of doing things on autopilot, like driving to work and not remembering how we got there. I mean yes we’re driving, but we’re not really driving. We get lost in our own mind, in our own thoughts, and the next things we know we’ve arrived at our destination.

I use the driving as an example because it’s something I think we can all agree that we have experienced.

So what if you spent most of your life on autopilot?

Would you consider this a win?

Do you think we’re supposed to be so

Disconnected from our authentic selves?

I used to think it was ok and normal.

I never even wanted to experience anything different because I didn’t know any other way.

I was a classic avoider of myself.

But then I realized that by avoiding my myself, I was in fact avoiding becoming the woman that God wanted me to become. I’ve learned a lot over the last few years. Some of the lessons were easy and walk in the park, and some of them sucked entirely.

They were painful and awful, but at the same time exactly what I needed to learn to grow. If you want to know what the secret to life is, I’ll share it with you.

The secret is to take off all of your armor and show up and let yourself be seen. Its going to take a lot of work and effort on your part. It’s even going to seem as though it’s not worth it at times, but I’m here to tell you that it is.

The next level requires a different you, and if your committed to really being seen then nothing will stop you.

Hope and joy come from the heart and the belly and never from the mind.

They are a feeling that can’t be thought into existence, but instead an emotion that brings with it the true meaning of life.
