We are all made different for a reason. We all have a different path that we are supposed to take.
But somewhere in the middle of trying to be ourselves, we become what the world wants us to be. Or we try to become what we think people want us to be.
We lose sight of what we really want and we’re unable to get past the ideas in our head. We think we should be a certain way, and then when we fail to live up to those standards we beat ourselves up.
So how can we truly get connected with our authentic selves again?
How can we wipe the slate clean and start over with what we want for ourselves?
Is it possible to relearn a few things in order to enter our peaceful zone?
We can learn a new way and we are not stuck with the minds that we have. I know how hard it is to overcome past pains and traumas that still threaten to haunt our peace.
I am truly a Daily Work in progress and even though it sucks sometimes, it’s totally worth it in the end.
Learning a new way to think and a new way to Way to speak has been the greatest gift I could ever give myself.
When you’ve done something one way for so long, we often think that’s the only way to do things. But what we don’t know is that we are the ones that keep us stuck.
We are the ones who keep the pain alive.
We are responsible for our thoughts and our feelings, and we can learn to redirect them to honor our 💕 hearts.
Next year my mission is going to be help others understand the change that occur within. I want to help more people heal their hearts so that they may learn to love themselves again.
I know that you might think your stuck with the life you have, but I promise you that your not!
You are destined for so much more and 2018 will be the year will you learn how to change your mind!
