I’m here to be a voice for those who can’t talk yet

It seems as though so many people I love are suffering and in pain right now.💜

Serious health issues, young suicides, first Christmas without loved ones, depression, money problems, marriage difficulties, job losses, and soooooooo much more.

I’m here to tell you that your aloud to Scream, and your aloud to cry, but your not aloud to give up💜

I also want to tell you from personal experience that pain comes with shame and with suffering.

It’s as though your stuck in a fog, and your just floating along. The hurt, wraps its arms around you and it makes it very difficult for you to breath properly.

You want to talk to someone but at the same time, you’ve convinced yourself that nobody will really understand. In the midst of these feelings you also believe that your a bother so that’s yet another reason to keep it all in. Your alone and your afraid and all the while your stuck.

Fear has it’s grip on you, and there’s no moving just yet.

Sadness has filled your body and it causes you to check out. You disconnect from yourself and you do whatever it takes to survive these intense feelings.

That’s how I feel when I’m sad, and I know that I’m not alone. I tried to describe my feelings with an intense clarity, because I want you know that YOU ARE NOT ALONE💜


The world needs more people who can be emotionally available. It needs more healers and listeners and spiritual teachers of the heart. It needs more consciousness and more awakening, and it desperately needs more God.

It needs more people to connect in an authentic way, that helps us grow. When we learn new ways and we share them, we are truly making a difference.

When we learn to give instead of fear we teach the greatest gift of all, presence. I am
