I appreciate kindness just as much as the rest of you💜

It seems as though since I decided to get real with myself it’s been quite the roller coaster

You see there are certain parts of me that want to exist even though I’m on a mission to heal them. Sometimes learning about yourself is a walk in the park, and other times it’s the hot mess express.

We as humans spend so much time avoiding our feelings, we don’t know what’s real and what’s not.

I Share my stories with you Daily because I know someone can learn from my experiences!

We don’t learn a thing when it’s easy, and I’ll never be content with staying the same.
