Starting your day off with positive affirmations ✌️
It matters what you do first thing in the morning.
Do you start your day off by doing something that feeds you positive energy?
Or do you wake up 20 minutes late
Like a bat out of hell rushing around to get out the door?
Your energy is going to be entirely different depending on the way you get started. Tony Robbins jumps in freezing cold water every morning to get his day started right.
I like to write in the morning, while it’s still quiet in the house. It so peaceful here in the A.M.😊
I also like to do some yoga so I can get my mind and body connected. And if I don’t have time for yoga, I will get in a few minutes of meditation. 🧘♀️
I know those might sound corny to you, if you’ve never done either. But, those 2 things have changed my entire life!
Today I challenge you to say something nice about yourself this morning!
Start your day off being blessed by yourself!
I believe in myself and my ability to succeed 💁
