“Life salutes you when you make others happy!”

Charlie Chaplin said it perfectly, “Life salutes you when you make others happy”. Since starting #taytaysfreshfaces and #taytayinspires my life has started to grow in amazing ways. I realized that I had the ability to make a difference in this 🌎 world, and that it was time to do just that ⭐️
What if I would have listened to my fears? What if I would have never, even met you? What if I didn’t decide in February of 2016 that it was time for me to do something more? What if I kept playing it safe and sleepwalking through my life?
The what if game, but only in reverse. I’m so glad that I didn’t listen to my fears. I think being afraid might serve a purpose, but only for so long. You see when I was afraid, I was unable to learn and to grow. Fear really does paralyze us and keeps us from anything that might hurt us, or that’s risky.
It’s a bit self destructive also. We could have negative self talk and it’s unhealthy for us. We might think that we’re not smart enough, good enough, pretty enough, rich enough, confident enough, nice enough, and so on, and so on.

DO NOT talk to your self like this 👆👆👆👆👆👆👆
We have the ability to change our lives and to change our brains. It’s an ongoing process, I prefer to think of it as a commitment to myself. Slowly, everyday, I learn something new. Slowly I began to incorporate new healthy habits into my life. Yoga, meditation, starting a new business, writing a blog, sharing my story with others.
When I decided it was time for a change, I was hungry for it. I was ready to challenge myself and to be more. I grow myself and my business on a daily basis. I love to give, and in doing so I am receiving an abundance of awesome energy.
I didn’t just change one day, but I did wake up. I decided I had a light and I was gonna let it shine⭐️ I hope, that your brave enough to believe in yourself one day.

Nothing changes if you change nothing 🌟

Be courageous, be bold, and be your own hero💕
