Your brain will believe everything you tell it. If you let one little seed of doubt into your mind, it can grow like a wild flower. If that’s the case with doubt, then that’s the case with everything. What if you learned a way to feed your brain some good things? What if you could stop those thoughts right in their tracks and turn them around? Would you do it?
It all goes back to what you’re feeding your brain. I choose to feed mine positive things on a daily basis. I choose to find a way to help it work for me instead of against me. I read daily positive affirmations and I also try to do some yoga, or some other form of exercise. These things help to rewire your brain. They release happy endorphins, which in turn makes you feel better.
There is no faking the funk when it comes to your brain. If you want to change your “tude” then it will take some work. But, in the end, it will all be worth it. You must read in order to learn. If you don’t like to read, then might I suggest listening to some books. If neither one of these sound enticing, then you just go ahead on your journey of knowing it all.
Your brain needs food, just like your body! The question really is will you feed it junk, or will you feed it something healthy? Everyday you have a choice. You can choose to be inspired, you can choose self growth, and you can choose to learn on a daily basis?
Or you can choose to be the same person you were yesterday. I will never be the same person tomorrow as I am today. Everyday I will learn from a person, or a situation. I will gain knowledge in order to grow and I will enjoy every minute of it! Gratitude is real happiness!
