Happy soul

Do what makes your heart happy. Do what makes your soul happy.  Learn to listen to your inner voice, your intuition.  Sometimes, we get so lost in the other roles in our lives, that we forget to take care of ourselves.  Have you ever heard the saying “You can’t pour from an empty cup”?  That statement in itself makes perfect sense, but what about if you compare it to your life?  There are certain things in life that will make you feel complete and full of love, and then there are other things that will take you to the breaking point. Most  of life’s wonders  and worries are completely out of your control.  There is a constant flow to life, and you can resist it or you can learn to dance with it.  Most of life, is your reaction to the situations that you are in. So I encourage you to take time for yourself on a daily basis.  Read something positive for 20 minutes a day, exercise, hang out with your friends and love with your whole heart.  You were not put on this earth to just be a parent, or an employee. You are not here to just work and die.   You are here to reclaim yourself, to be whole again just like when you were a child.  You were once a clean slate And then the world starting changing you.  Somewhere your authentic self got lost.  Your parents as much as they loved you, unintentionally brought their own dramas to your life.  The kids at school and the people around you might have slowly made you doubt yourself.  The only words you could hear after a while we’re those of other people’s, and your own voice disappeared.  I am writing this because I want to encourage you to find your childhood voice again.  The one that was there when you were 5 years old.  The one that said you can do anything and you are enough.  You are perfect in every way and you are beautiful inside and out, and you my child deserve to be happy and you are worth it.💕
