Self Love

Good Monday morning to my peeps around the world.  Since starting  my new adventures with Nerium I have grown in many ways and I continue to grow everyday.  My confidence has grown because I am actually doing something that is mine, something that I am creating and something that I am proud of.  Are there times that my fear would love to control me? Yes sir there sure is, as a matter of fact if I would have believed half of what I told myself I wouldn’t be here typing this to you today.  Everyday I work on myself! In the morning when I wake up my thoughts are running wild, and they seem to be very negative and nasty.  Recently I’ve tried to turn that around.  When I wake up and the shit in my head is gong crazy I stop it that very moment.  I don’t beat myself up when I realize I’m doing it, I just acknowledge it’s happening and then I turn that negativity into thankfulness.  I go from grouchy, mean and sleepless, to being thankful, and focusing on my blessings.  This simple change in my morning has brought a new start to everyday.  I think self love and self talk are probably the most importantimage part of your day.  This practice takes time my friends, but like all good things it gets easier the more you do it.  Talk to yourself like you would talk to someone you love! Do not berate and belittle and ridicule yourself, there are enough people in your life,in your family, and in your world who will do that  for you.  Learn to love yourself and learn to do this daily, it’s been one of the best choices I have made so far.  Make sure you surround yourself with those you love and those who love you.  Boundaries might need to be put in place to alleviate some of the haters and this is ok too! Boundaries are for you, not for others.  People either make you feel good or they make you feel bad, choose wisely who you keep in your circle.  Spend more time with those who motivate and inspire you, and spend less time with people who suck the life out of you!
